Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TacticSpace Tech ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Easy3D mobile app (the "App") and the website at easy3d.tacticspacetech.com (the "Site"). Together we call them the "Services".

Easy3D is built to be private by default. It has no user account, no login, and no advertising. The 3D models you create are stored on your device and are not uploaded to us.

The short version

We do not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email, or any other identifying information to use the App.

Your models, scenes and exported files stay on your device unless you choose to share them yourself.

The App can send fully anonymous, aggregated usage analytics to help us improve it. This is optional and can be turned off at any time in Settings.

The Site uses privacy-friendly analytics only where permitted, and only after you agree.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any government or financial identifiers.

We do not use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA), we do not run third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites owned by other companies.

Information the App processes on your device

Models and scenes. The geometry you create is saved locally on your device so your work is there when you return. It is not transmitted to us.

Camera. If you enable spatial tracking, the App uses ARKit and the camera to keep the 3D world anchored in your room. Camera frames are processed on the device in real time and are never recorded, stored, or sent anywhere.

Local network. To connect an iPad and iPhone into one shared world, the App communicates directly between your two devices over your local Wi-Fi network. This data travels between your devices and does not pass through our servers.

Optional anonymous analytics

To understand which features are used and to find and fix problems, the App can collect anonymous, aggregated product-analytics and diagnostic events — for example, that a cut or export happened, or that an error occurred.

These events are not linked to your identity. We do not assign you a persistent advertising identifier and we do not attempt to re-identify you. This data is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Analytics are processed by PostHog on servers located in the European Union. You can turn analytics off at any time in the App under Settings, by switching off "Share anonymous analytics". Turning it off does not limit any feature of the App.

The website

The Site is a static marketing and information website. Where analytics are used, they run through PostHog on EU-based servers and are used only to measure aggregate traffic and improve the pages.

In regions that require it, analytics on the Site load only after you give consent through the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, the Site works exactly the same. We do not use advertising cookies or share Site data with advertisers.

How we use information

We use the limited, anonymous information described above only to operate, maintain, and improve the Services — to understand which features matter, to fix bugs, and to keep the App stable.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

Service providers

We use PostHog as our analytics processor, configured to store data in the European Union. Providers act on our behalf under contractual data-protection obligations and may not use the data for their own purposes.

Apple provides the App Store and device services. Any information you share with Apple is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Data retention

Models and files remain on your device until you delete them or remove the App. Anonymous analytics events, where collected, are retained only for as long as needed to analyze product usage and are stored in aggregate.

Because analytics are anonymous, we are generally unable to locate events belonging to a specific person.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

The simplest way to stop all analytics collection is to switch off "Share anonymous analytics" in the App's Settings, or to decline analytics on the Site. To make any other request, contact us at easy3d@tacticspacetech.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

Easy3D is a general-audience creativity tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will address it.

International transfers

We aim to keep analytics data within the European Union. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data-protection law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
