Terms of Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, and to use the Site, for your own lawful purposes.

This license is governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and the Usage Rules in Apple's App Store terms, as described in the "Apple App Store" section below.

The 3D models, scenes, and files you create with Easy3D are yours. We claim no ownership over them.

Because your content is stored on your device and not on our servers, you are responsible for backing up and safeguarding your files. We are not able to recover content that is lost because a device is damaged, reset, or the App is removed.

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law; (b) use the Services to infringe others' rights or to create objects that are illegal to produce; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; or (d) use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

You are solely responsible for how you use models you create, including any physical objects you 3D print from them, and for doing so safely and lawfully.

The Services, including the App, the Site, and all related software, designs, text, and graphics (other than your content), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

"Easy3D" and our logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Easy3D is a modeling tool. We do not warrant that a model you create will be suitable, safe, or fit for 3D printing or any other purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything you produce.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided entirely at your own risk and we accept no liability to you or to any third party under any circumstances. In particular, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive — or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms, regardless of the legal theory and even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

If applicable law does not permit the complete exclusion of liability, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by that law.

These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

Your license to use the App is a non-transferable license to use it on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms.

We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and for providing any maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to furnish any support services for the App.

To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation.

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

You may stop using the Services at any time by removing the App and ceasing to use the Site. We may suspend or end the Services, or your access to them, if you materially breach these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be brought to your attention where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
